The name combines two heroes: Paul the Apostle, who shared the Gospel with everyone, and Noah, who built an ark of safety. Together, they inspire us to bring children into the refuge of God's love.

Meet Rev. Paul Machira — the man behind the ark.
A boy raised in church
Long ago, a man named Paul Machira grew up watching his father, Canon Peter Machira, faithfully serve the Church. He learned early that loving God and loving children went hand in hand.
Three decades of teaching kids
Today, Uncle Paul is an ordained clergy with the Anglican Church of Kenya, Nairobi Diocese, with over three decades of experience in children's ministry. He has served at World Vision Kenya for 10 years and Bible Translation & Literacy for 9 more — and through it all, he discovered something simple but powerful: when you tell kids stories the right way, their hearts open.
A big dream is born
Then came the big idea: what if we could reach a BILLION children with the love of Christ? Not just at church on Sunday, but everywhere kids actually are — at home, at school, on YouTube, in song.
The Ark sets sail
In 2017, Uncle Paul's Ark was born. Today, families across Kenya — and soon, the world — are climbing aboard. The story is still being written, and YOU can be part of it!
